Community arts administrators, leaders and volunteers gather each spring to focus on leadership skills, networking and topics related to community arts agencies. The conference is an opportunity for arts agency and community leaders from across the state to meet with state arts leaders, network with other community arts leaders and to participate in professional development sessions. The Professional Development Conference benefits community arts leaders – arts administrators, board members and volunteers. The conference includes topic-specific professional development workshops and networking opportunities with arts leaders from all over the state. Gain knowledge to expand the arts in your community and be an effective leader.
The 2020 conference includes sessions on legal and accounting issues related to community arts agency management, organizational and program success stories, breakout sessions on social media, strategic planning and fundraising, one-on-one meet-ups with experts on marketing, fundraising and MAC programs and tons of networking opportunities!
