A successful volunteer program is built upon the 3 R’s. In this presentation, you will learn about key aspects of each and how each is interwoven with the others. An interactive presentation, you will identify your ideal volunteers, strategize how to reach them, and outline how to keep them.
About Eric Jackson:
Eric Jackson works for the University of Missouri (MU) Cooperative Extension Service as the Director of Risk and Volunteer Management. He previously served 16 years as the volunteer program coordinator and education director for non-profit botanical garden. A large part of his currently role is creating and delivering professional development programs across Missouri for MU Extension volunteers and county staff who serve as local volunteer coordinators.
